Christmas this year was awesome. I got everything I wanted plus some.

I gotta say my new camera is my favorite gift I have been wanting a new one

Well I haven't been posting for a while because I have had a ton of homework lately so here is what has been happening.:)

A few weeks ago for young womens we made these journals. It was a lot of work but totally worth it and fun! I can't wait to make another one:)

I know this post is a day late but I had a ton of homework last night and I had young womens. Better late than never right? Anyway I just wanted to tell my mom happy birthday. Even though I didn't get her anything (yet:]). I hope she had a good one because she really deserves it cuz usually I am a pain in the butt. I know I shouldn't be because she is only doing what is best for me. She is a great person and I am so glad that she is my mom. I love you mom. You are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:) HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

What I learned about getting my hair cut.

On Friday I decided I wanted to get my bangs cut. I really wanted to get them straight across my forehead. I didn't quite know how to explain that to the hairdresser though, but somehow I did and she didn't get what I meant. When she started cutting my hair the scissors were going in all these weird directions. In my head I am going "What the heck is she doing?". Everytime I got a chance to see it in the mirror it seemed to look worse and worse. To me they seem a little to short, but tell me what you think because everyone I have talked to likes them so be honest. And I learned that when your hair is wet, it's longer, and when it dries it shortens.=)

Family fun at the fair.

So last week we went to the state fair. It was a ton of fun walking around all of the booths seeing what people had for sale. We stopped at a jewelry booth to look at rings, and I found one I really liked so I bought it for 40 dollars, and I have already lost it. So now I need to earn more babysitting money. oh well I hope I find it. I got a wallet too..I hope I don't loose that too! Knock on wood. Anyway it was a ton of fun and I can't wait until next year!!

My first casserole.

So this was my first attempt at a casserole. Just a couple of miscalculations. Too much pepper, and not enough turkey. The casserole was a turkey stuffing casserole, but more like a veggie casserole, because I was supposed to use the leftover turkey from Sunday dinner, I did not use enough. I'm not a fan of stuffing, so I didn't really care for the entire dish, but my mom said we needed to use the leftover turkey, and this recipe was what we had the ingredients for. I hope to do better next time, if there is a next time, and no stuffing please.

This little boy is Max. He is THE cutest kid ever!! He lives next door and I have a blast playing with him.
